How to customize a HiHello email signature

The information on your HiHello email signature combines two pieces: the signature design you choose and the content of your digital business card. 

HiHello has multiple signature designs containing different amounts of information, such as an image, logo, or QR code. Learn more about the available designs and what’s included in each one.

To customize the fields on your email signature, such as contact information, social media, and more, you can adjust the details on your business card. Because your email signature is linked to your HiHello digital business card, the information from your business card is reflected in your email signature. 

The primary information presented in your email signature reflects the top five fields on your digital business card. To adjust the information on your card, drag and drop fields in the desired order when editing your card.

Other fields that aren’t at the top of your card will appear as an icon at the bottom of your signature for most signature designs. Viewers can then click your signature to view this information on your card.
