Where are my contacts stored, are they secure?
HiHello is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and uses enterprise-grade best practices to protect customer data. All of your contact information is stored securely in the United States.
My scanned card didn’t show up immediately, what happened?
If your card isn’t transcribed within a few minutes, it is likely because our AI models were unable to confidently transcribe the card scan and it is being reviewed by our human transcription team.
What are the updated card scan limits?
The number of cards you are able to transcribe each month is based on your HiHello plan. To learn how many card transcriptions you have each month, or to upgrade the number of scans, please visit our Pricing page. Please note that all scans must be in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
