How To Change the Email Address Associated With Your Account

You can change the email address associated with your HiHello account in a few easy steps on your phone or computer.

Having an up-to-date email address associated with your account is essential for security and keeping up with HiHello and your network. All you need to update your email address is your HiHello password. 

For security purposes, when you are trying to change your email address, we may ask for you to sign out of HiHello and sign back into your account before allowing you to change the password. 

If prompted to do so, once you have signed back in, you will be able to update your HiHello account’s email address.

How to change your email address while on the web app  

1. Go to the HiHello Web App, click on your name in the top right corner, and click Settings.

2. Under account, click Change your email address.

Click Change your email address

3. Type in your email address and click Accept.

4. If prompted, log out of your HiHello account with the button at the bottom of the page, log back in. Then repeat the step above.

How to change your email address while on the mobile app  

1. Open the HiHello mobile app and tap Settings.

2. Scroll down to ACCOUNT and tap Change account email.

3. Type in your email address and tap Confirm.

Enter your updated email address and tap Confirm


4. If prompted, log out of your HiHello account, log back in. Then repeat the step above.
