How to add a PDF to a card on the web app  

1. Go to the web app, click on the cards page, and click on the card you want to add a PDF to.

2. Click Edit (pencil) on top of the card and select PDF under Add more information.

‍

3. Select PDF and click upload to add the PDF of your choice. 

‍

‍

4. Add display text for the PDF and click Save.

‍

‍

Display text allows you to customize the title that appears on your card for your PDF. For example, a call to action or a short description is a good option.

How to add a PDF to a card on the mobile app

1. Open the HiHello mobile app and tap on the card you’d like to update.

‍

‍

2. Tap the Edit (pencil) button. 

‍

‍

3. Tap PDF and upload the PDF of your choice. 

‍

‍

4. Add display text for the PDF and tap save. 

‍

‍

No, we do not limit how many items you can add to any card, including the amount of PDFs.

We have a 50 MB limit on any PDF you upload.
