Margaret joined HiHello as a Customer Support Specialist in 2022.
As part of the HiHello Customer Support team, Margaret offers daily support directly to customers and she also manages the HiHello Help Center. Before joining the HiHello team, Margaret worked as a Customer Support Team Leader in the fitness industry.
Long before joining the HiHello team, Margaret was a traveling trapeze artist and contortionist. She still enjoys aerial arts, and also fitness, cooking, and sustainability projects.
