We hope you had a great start to 2024! The HiHello team has had an exciting six months, from record numbers in 2023 (check it out in our 2023 Recap) to a growing team (p.s. we’re still hiring), but what we’re most excited about is these exciting new product updates.
Whether you’re on an individual free or a Professional plan or are part of a team plan like HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise, there’s something new for everyone. Learn about them all here, and don’t forget to head to the app to see them in action.
Sharing, viewing, and editing your business card should be quick and easy, which is why we changed what happens when you tap your card. Now, when you tap your card, it will show a preview of your card. From there, you can tap Share to access all of the sharing options for your card.
To edit your card, tap the pencil icon in the top right corner. To access card settings and more, tap the three bars in the top right corner to access the card menu.

All HiHello Professional, HiHello Business, and HiHello Enterprise can now access a new, clean, intuitive analytics page in the web app. Complete with performance, engagement, and activity metrics, you can now aggregate, compare, and export more data with customized filters and data views.

HiHello has been and always will offer a free plan. However, with the upgraded HiHello Professional plan, you can access premium features, from design to contact management integrations and more. Now, you can upgrade to a Professional plan directly from the mobile app!
While we still recommend upgrading your account from the website for the easiest process and best pricing, upgrading your plan from the app is now possible.
HiHello.me is now HiHello.com! While this is a super exciting change for us at HiHello, it doesn’t change anything for you as a HiHello user. What will change? If you’re on the HiHello website, you’ll notice the URL now ends in .com.
